Google Chrome - Stop Notifying When Pop-up Windows Are Blocked

Prevent Google Chrome from announcing when it finds and blocks a pop-up window in a webpage.

While pop-up windows do have legitimate uses in navigating certain websites, they are often used for advertisements. Google Chrome, by default, blocks them. When pop-up windows are blocked, Google notifies you with a "Blocked Pop-up" alert at the bottom-right of the browser window.
